SEC and FINRA rules require us to protect customer funds and securities pursuant to SEA Rule 15c3-3 to provide the required SEA Rule 15c3-3 customer protection for our investors.

Institutional clients in the U.S. can custody Ethereum’s ether (ETH) token, along with Uniswap (UNI), Arbitrum (ARB) and The Graph (GRT). Together, these four digital assets have a market cap over $375 billion (Coin Market Cap - 1/15/25) and are all amongst the top 50 cryptocurrencies by market cap.

ProCap will support the custody of digital asset securities such as crypto (DAS), equities, options, and ETFs as well as other securities as defined by the Securities Act of 1933 that are issued and transferred through the blockchain. Custody of digital asset securities within a federally regulated securities ecosystem represents a groundbreaking development in the evolution of the digital asset industry.
All customer funds and digital asset securities will be separate from those of Prometheum and its subsidiaries pursuant to the SEC’s SEA 15c3-3 Customer Protection Rule.
